• flexInduction – Smart cooking zone that adapts to your cookware: With flexInduction, the flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware (up to 24 cm) in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It’s also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.
• fryingSensor Plus – No more burning or scorching your meals: fryingSensor Plus makes frying easier by automatically maintaining the ideal temperature to ensure food is cooked just right. Available on cooking zones marked with the fryingSensor symbol, the function allows you to select the preferred programme according to the type of food being cooked. A signal notifies you when to add oil to the pan and when to add the food, after which fryingSensor Plus takes control. The sensor delivers precise temperature regulation, maintaining the selected temperature level once it has been reached.
• cookingSensor Plus ready: the supplementary available sensor prevents overboiling thanks to precise temperature control: Once attached to the pot, the cookingSensor Plus interacts with the cooktop, giving a signal when a certain temperature has been reached and keeping it exactly at that level to prevent overboiling.
