• The hob and hood in one: The integrated ventilation module combines the best of our induction cooktops and cooker hoods. Because it is built into the cooktop surface, it draws away cooking smells and steam right where they start. This way, you don’t need a separate hood, and you have more overhead space for cabinets – or a clear view across your kitchen.
• Extra-wide touch control: DirectSelect Premium is a 30cm-wide touch panel that keeps you in perfect control. The spacious design and easy-to-read text make managing your hob settings extra convenient. Select your cooking zones, power levels and other options with a simple touch. And the entire interface disappears when the hob’s turned off, in line with the overall clean and elegant design.
• Flexible induction cooking: FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.
• Automatically absorbs unpleasant odours: Wouldn’t you like to focus all your attention on cooking without worrying about ventilation. We have the solution: The new PerfectAir sensor constantly monitors the air and automatically adapts the power level to the vapour and odours – continuously, precisely and independently of power settings. At the same time, it reduces the noise level by activating only the minimally required extraction level. When you’ve finished cooking, the blower continues to run until the kitchen air is cleared of all unpleasant odours. So you can focus all your attention on cooking.
• Boiling over is over: PerfectCook ready means that this Bosch cooktop can also be used with a PerfectCook sensor sold seperately. Using PerfectCook will prevent overcooking and boiling over by precisely controlling the cooking temperature.
• No more scorching: The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the pan’s temperature to prevent scorching. Choose from five predefined temperature levels, for perfect results every time.
• Let your hob take care of it: Making it simple to adjust cooking zones, even when moving your cookware. Your hob detects the position and size of the pot or pan, and automatically resizes the cookzone accordingly. If you move your cookware to another position on your hob, the cookzone settings are automatically transfered to the new postion, with just a quick confirmation.
• Remote Diagnostics: Support served smarter: It can be stressful if your home appliances don’t work the way they’re supposed to. Remote Diagnostics is here to help. Simply call the Home Connect hotline and make an appointment for a remote diagnosis of your connected appliance via the Internet. With your permission, the Bosch customer service team can then remotely screen your appliance, locate the problem area and give you the clear advice you need. In the event that the problem can not be solved this way, a Bosch service technician can be informed and come to your home to resolve all the issues, equipped with all the necessary parts already in hand.
• Preprogrammed culinary success: MoveMode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you cooked up your soup on level 9, made it simmer on level 5, then on level 1. whilst adjusting temperatures yourself using regular hobs. Now FlexZones as well as CombiZones with MoveMode do the job for you. Activating MoveMode divides these Zones into three different areas with pre-set power levels 1, 5 and 9.
